A:Yes, We support free sample, free logo and package design. if during the event ,you only need to pay the freight .

Q2. Can your factory accept customized orders?
A:Yes, customized logo ,material ,size,thickness,pattern. packing are acceptable. Please kindly provide source file for your product. If you need, we have a professional team over 20 peoples of designers to customize for you . A:Each goods in the factory, storage, delivery will be carefully checked by QC ,which has 10 people with 5 years of experience , to ensure the quality of goods to the maximum extent, if the goods in transit damage, quality problems, please take photos retained, and contact the salesman the first time. Materials: Begin by choosing your towel fabric based on its softness, level of absorbency, durability and application. We offer various materials such as cotton, microfiber, bamboo and poly-cotton.
Size: Towel size depends on your end use, as different types of towels should meet different dimensions. Note that sizes of the same towel types vary from country to country.Weight: measured as Absolute piece weight or in grams per square meter (GSM) weight. Absolute weight refers to the weight of one complete piece of terry towel, while GSM weight refers to the average weight per unit area or density of the towel.
Color: Normally use Pantone colour code to describe the requirement on color.
Imprint: Choose from our four imprint methods to customize your towels to your exact liking. We embroider, engrave, weave, and print an endless selection of designs into any of our three available materials.

                          1, Confirm Requirements

             Specify your requirement on material, size, weight, color, imprint before confirming order. Packaging, Order Quantity and Expected timeline also need to be confirmed.

                          2, Artwork/Proof

            You're welcome to provide artwork or use our art services. Towel proof will be send to you for confirm if you don’t have the artwork,

                         3, Sample Approval

            To make sure you get the right towels, we’ll provide preproduction samples before mass production. Review and approve preproduction samples. Any changes or corrections will be made.

                         4, Production

              Production normally takes 30 to 60 days, depending on order size. Photos and packing list will be sent after order finished.

                          5, Shipping

            Door-to-door shipping usually takes one week for airfreight and over 30 days for ocean freight. We can arrange shipment for you or work with your forwarder.
